A native of the Twin Cities, Ms. Barbosa received her undergraduate degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and a Juris Doctorate from William Mitchell College of Law. Ms. Barbosa has been practicing family law for over 12 years and is licensed to practice in Minnesota and Connecticut. She is a member of the Minnesota, Hennepin and Dakota County Bar Association.

As a dedicated member of the Minneapolis and Twin Cities legal community, Attorney Barbosa regularly volunteers for Chrysalis Center as a presenter for their divorce informational center and with their limited legal assistance clinic. In addition, she volunteers with the Dakota County legal services and regularly does pro bono work throughout the Twin Cities area.
